Are you aware that anger is NOT a “negative emotion”? It’s like saying water or wind are “negative” just because they take part in some undesirable or destructive events. Anger is designed to help us develop better lives for ourselves.
We’re changing our understanding and experience with anger, putting it under our authority and developing our ability to use anger the way it’s designed to work for us. Once you know how to do this, you can easily continue this relationship with anger for the rest of your life.
Almost all of us have been taught to hold onto anger, keeping angry feelings inside of us. This is the worst thing we can do with anger. Do you know that held-onto anger, held long enough, can kill us? You’ll want to know how to release anger currently inside you and how to release other angers so they move on, away from you.
In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn these things about anger:
1. What anger is
2. What the cause of anger is
3. What to do about the cause
4. How anger hurts us
5. How to work with anger to put yourself in charge, without hurting others
6. How to “let go” of anger” so you can move on to other things
Leave with personal empowerment and authority with anger, along with the knowledge of what to do to successfully address anger when it occurs, and to reduce the amount of anger you may now be carrying.
Class Intention
This class is a practical introductory class for knowing how to develop mastery over anger by using it the way it’s designed to work for us. You’ll receive new information, learn practical actions for dealing with anger’s cause, demystify anger, and start yourself on the road to developing your authority that arises in you.
Lecture, in-class practice, homework, real-life examples and a different perspective about what anger is and why we have it.

• You feel at the mercy of anger that your feel, believing there is little you can do to alter its influence in your life. This can make a vital difference in your life, both at work and at home.
• You notice anger interfering with your relationships with your children, co-workers, spouse or friends. You'll develop your authority over anger following this system!
• You want to finish with certain angers, some of which may have been in your life for years!
• You want to develop understanding and tools that really work to put you in charge of anger on a lasting basis, making room for creating the happier life you desire.

It’s time for you to discover and incorporate information about anger that you’ve never heard before, yet which will lead you to develop mastery over anger and thereby profoundly improve your life.
Held-onto anger can negatively impact your self-esteem, your relationships, your relationship with yourself, and your success. If you think it’s time for all of this to end, then take this class!
Held-onto anger can erode your performance, your relationships with co-workers and family, can erode self-esteem and block you from the success you desire. You’re not expected to have all the tools you need to shift these challenges in your favor.
This course offers the knowledge, skills, and support to:
• Understand specifically how held-onto anger impacts your everyday life.
• Learn proven approaches to resolving even long-standing or repeating anger.
• Gain practical tools for working with anger you can apply immediately in your family, relationships, and everyday life.
This is your opportunity to take charge of anger so it ultimately supports your growth, success, and lifelong well-being.
